This policy serves to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes regarding ownership of ideas. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by Bespoke Creations. Bespoke Creations does not transfer title to the Software to you. You may own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Bespoke Creations retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form, except to the extent permitted by applicable law and on giving Bespoke Creations prior written notice of such activities. 

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, whether registered or unregistered, are proprietary to Bespoke Creations or to other companies where so indicated. You may not reproduce, download or otherwise use any such trademarks, service marks, logos or trade names without the prior written consent of the appropriate owner thereof.

Personal data collected on our Web sites may be stored and processed in the Republic of Lebanon or any other country in which Bespoke Creations or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or joint ventures maintain facilities. As used throughout this site, the term "Bespoke Creations" and such terms as "the company," "the corporation," "our," "we" and "us" may refer to one or more or all of Bespoke Creations SAL (Off-Shore)'s consolidated subsidiaries. All of these terms are used for convenience only and are not intended as a precise designation of any of the separate companies, each of which manages its own affairs.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing. 

Bespoke Creations may revise this Terms of Use Statement at any time without notice. Although Bespoke Creations will endeavor to highlight any changes to this Statement, you should revisit this site periodically to make sure you are aware of the most recent terms, because they will be binding on you. Your use of the site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.

3DVinci Creations uses advanced 3D modeling software to generate 3D products such as architectural designs, objects of arts, prototypes, toys, and figurines.

Most of our 3D printed products are made of a proprietary powder using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D-printing process.This 3D printing technology and process produces strong, high-definition, high-temperature resistant, full color concept models and parts. Our printed models have been employed in multitude of industries including transportation, consumer goods, energy, aviation, healthcare, recreation, education and other markets. Furthermore, all our products can be easily treated post processing to further expand the characteristics of the finished parts. They can be sanded, painted, coated, drilled, and electroplated.

However, our customers must realize that although our products are built strong they can still be broken especially if the 3D design is not built for robustness. We ask our customers to be very careful when handling the printed products to avoid breaking it. 3DVinci Creations makes no warranties regarding the durability of any of its 3D printed products, and shall not be responsible to replace, exchange or repair broken or damaged 3D printed products.

Furthermore, regarding our customized figurines (BobbleShop or other customized figurine services), we will not offer any refunds or provide any returns or exchanges for any reason whatsoever, including any perceived lack of resemblance or likeness to the headshots scanned (or submitted by) of the actual person.
